So, in our body, there is a nerve called the sciatic nerve, the largest nerve in the human body that starts from the lower back and ends in each leg. Now, if any issue arises in this particular nerve, if it gets compressed or damaged, it causes pain in many ways.
Sciatica pain (ปวดสะโพกร้าวลงขา, which is the term in Thai) can appear due to a herniated disc, or we call it slipped disc. So, as we know, these discs are present in the spine and act as cushions. So if any of them got damaged, the pain crawls into the sciatic nerve if any accident happens, like a sudden fall or accident that also gives rise to this pain, which is a bit excruciating.
If there is a spinal canal disease, then Sciatica pain will happen, resulting in numbness of one leg by which you will be unable to sit or stand properly.
